Public Walks in Enfield take place once a month on a Sunday afternoon starting at 2pm.
Any of these walks can be led for your group or organisation.

2. Forty Hill
π Meet: Outside Forty Hall by the lake
Some wonderful Georgian buildings in the conservation area. All have stories to tell.
3. Edmonton Conservation Area
π Meet: Edmonton Green Station
This walk reveals four literary giants, a garden city estate, a tragic air disaster and its fair share of historic buildings and stories.
4. Chase Side & Gentlemans Row
π Meet: Enfield Chase Station
Plague pits, workhouses and murder rub shoulders with Charles Lamb and the gentry of Enfield on todayβs walk.
5. Enfield Lock & The Royal Small Arms Factory
π Meet: Outside Tesco on Enfield Island Village
Turn right at the Water Tower roundabout and Tesco is front of you. The factory could justifiably claim to be what made Enfield Famous.
6. The Dark Side of Winchmore Hill

Poachers, Highwaymen, murder, ghosts, witches tragedies. Watch the house prices tumble after these stories are revealed.
7. Bush Hill Park

Most of the Rustic Bijou Villas have been replaced by flats, but the history remains.
8. Bounds Green

On the borders of Enfield & Haringey we discover a forgotten hospital, a bluebell wood, and the real Bounds Green.
9. Silver Street & Pymmes Brook

Two workhouses, Millfield, Weir Hall, Pymmes House and the Inn of Eight Happinesses.
10. Southgate
